"Hi, learn organic gardening, realistic self-sufficient living, keeping quail, chickens, and lots more!

My channel is about self-sufficiency and based on my blog (established several years earlier) called "Self Sufficient Me" this doesn't mean I believe I am totally self-sufficient (nor do I want to be) but more that I want to "strive" to be as self-sufficient as I can with the current resources I have on offer. "I’ve been using medicinal herbs for years now, but that wasn’t always the case.
My journey with researching herbal remedies started back when my daughter was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder, which meant she couldn’t use any over-the-counter meds other than Tylenol (which has never been effective for my family as a pain reliever).
Imagine your child being in pain and there was literally nothing you could give them that would help from the OTC section at the pharmacy and store.
I wanted to use herbal remedies for her, at this point, it was our only option, but I couldn’t find reliable and comprehensive information on safety, dosages and contraindications.
It was frustrating and SO time-consuming.
I felt helpless and I never want anyone to feel that way, which is why I’m offering my Free Training on How to Protect and Treat Colds and Flu Effectively with Herbs"
