If you're getting mugged, you're also "making a choice". Either hand goods over to the miscreant, or receive a likely fatal wound. Yes, it's technically a choice, but more of an imposition. A bad situation that nobody should ever be placed in. This analogy would trigger many NPC robots and incite retorts of "but that's different!". Is it, though?
