I actually now believe there are police officers out there who are actually looking for just such an excuse or opportunity to kill somebody....

It's the only analysis that makes sense... you only tase a 95 year old lady, not because she's any kind of threat, but because you are looking for a chance to kill someone...

It is likely that a lot of these police officers are literal psychopaths.....

A little like that story about the police officer who murdered Sarah Everard..... he presumably arrested her for being out during the Covid curfew, then raped and murdered her, dumping her body some miles away... He had not been properly vetted for the role and it is believed that because he was a Freemason he avoided the usual psychological testing procedures..

However I would say that these people are made into psychopaths by joining Freemasonry and the OTO (which is huge in Australia).
