I Often Use the 'Snip and Sketch' Tool to Save a Picture as a jpeg to my Desktop and then Upload here...

I Click on "Attachments"
Then - "Add Files"

Which Opens my Desktop and Folders on my Laptop.

Then Select the jpeg I've Previously Saved via Snip and Sketch.
And 'Double Click' on it OR Select it to Post.

Then Click on the Position I'd Like to Place it in the Forum Comment and Click "Place Inline"
Review it and then "Submit"

Took me a While to get the Hang of it.
Also some Jpeg Files were Too large and Wouldn't Post.
That is when I Found the Snip Tool Handy.
I'd Snip a Copy of the Picture and They Always seem to Post.

Hope that makes Sense.
I Just Brailled Around as I Had No Clue and Eventually Got the Hang of it....I Think...
