I'd Snip a Copy of the Picture and They Always seem to Post.
Hope that makes Sense.

2 hours ago I think this is pure hyperbole as the document has been stamped by the Justice that he directs the Register to refuse to issue or file this document without the leave of a justice first had and obtained by the party seeking to issue or file it.
The Masonic controlled courts will not just roll over as soon as a Form 12 Application for a constitutional or other writ is lodged.
This writ has been clearly rejected from being heard by the Justice.
How this is interpreted as being a victory looks like a publicity stunt.
The Rothschilds controlled UNDRIP agenda won't concede defeat on such simplistic terms as Dr. Bay prematurely assumes.
I wish it was as easy as Dr. Bay thinks it is.

Sooooo .... it seems Dr Bay has confused himself.
Whereas he thought the High Court judge ruled she couldn't hear his application to strike out the referendum, and therefore the referendum is invalid, that is not what is meant.
She ordered the registry not to file it without first obtaining leave from the court.
All applications before the HCA need to obtain leave (permission) to proceed.
Apologies to those who forwarded the message - I have now deleted it.
