What the heck are international police officers?

So let's go down the rabbit hole about this weird police business:

The German police was centralized under the law of the sea in Bavaria until spring 2018. That's why the uniforms and the cars suddenly became blue, they used to be green.

In June 2018 the company POLIZEI (POLICE) was sold to the company BLACKWATER.

In August, the military service provider ACADEMI bought BLACKWATER SECURITY. ACADEMI belongs to the CONSTELLIS Group whose boss is Tim Reardon. So the uniforms are now black, because the POLIZEI (POLICE) is a private security company that provides military services for the so-called German federal government.

Therefore, police officers are in the status of private mercenaries. The German federal government has to pay money to ACADEMI for every police operation.

If the POLICE in your country wear black uniforms, then they too are working as private mercenaries for ACADEMI.

OK, I know, it's a bit confusing, just read it several times, it will sink in, eventually, it's not really hard to get, just very unusual.
