Can someone explain this to me more mathematically. The difference between a variable loan and a fixed loan is just that the interest rate fluctuates. It still has to be paid within their system. So how can I turn a 70% interest rate like he is saying into 0% interest rate by paying $1 a day? It doesnt add up. Can someone explain this in a clearer fashion?

would max's advice be to stop complying and do not pay any interest or mortgage payments. then if everyone did that, we could all be homeowners.
