I just happened to zoom into Jamestown, Virginia , USA, as I have been (I must confess) indulging in an hour a day of the Jamestown TV series... it is only for that patch but the resolution is freaky detailed. tried to post a screenshot but getting http error.

Adelaide Australia.... freaky resolutions. and I took a walk around the golf course, almost like playing the golf games.

they said in the 90s that they could read a newspaper from orbit. though I think these must be laser scanned.

funny I have seen NO people and I did try for an hour or two. last man on earth feeling (appropriately in my case)

@goodanble. I am sure they will have all the earth done in a year or two. watch out for aircraft with lasers, like one max showed (but did know what it was, and I am only guessing, though that one was very low an alarming).

Give the coordinates of this 'resolution' please and the name or number of ship, because I call a fake. Looks to be from a video game to me, and look at it's registration. Come on people.

comon seed you don;'t have to read between the lines. use google earth standalone or it's web browser equivelent to which I linked (they have not sent me any money yet but I am hopeful). and go there yourself. much or most or europe now.
the easiest one was the browser, then zoom enough to see the lighter shaded rectangles of that data set, they are the more detailed and more likely to be 3d.
if it is fake, it is fake all over the world. like Paul Johnson said in his History of Christianity, it would take more than a Jesus to invent a Jesus.
seriously, these images are scarey. glad I have a slow connection, I might get lost. this is the virtual world they are setting us up for. I suppose at least it is not real time video, one day it probably will be. a trillion nano drones with Lidar.
what was difficult and not fruitful was an hour yesterday looking for a list in date order, or most recent, additions to the datasets used.
or an add on that puts the dates on the grid.
