Well spotted...that is interesting and very disturbing.....

Mental health however, and general health really has nothing to do with the government and I do not believe they have any right to know, unless you are taking a job working with vulnerable people or some such..... or unless you are claiming a specific disability or incapacity benefit.

Very Orwellian... but I wonder whether they can actually legally get away with it.

interesting. I noticed a campaign here in the netherlands to 'help' people spot and deal with 'conspiracy theorists'. I dont think such a mental health program will be far off.

Seems to me THEY Aren't Even Pretending to Care About Legal and Definitely Not Lawful Anymore.
Courts are Owned and Corrupt.
No Remedy via The System.

It's just communism, they did away with many a refusenik with the mental health clauses.
They are also doing forwards defence for any jab backlash.

I'd have a fun day if I had to do that one. then again, they would cut my dole off in short measure, or have me taken away in a big yellow bus (like the old people in NY when covid scam first struck).
I went on the dole in '97 when the Howard government first privatised Dpt Social Security to become the Job Network. a couple of useleless meetings before I chose the higher pay of higher education*, and no work for the dole.
over 60's are required presently to do 10 hours a week (I think for 6 months of the year) as well as the usual look for work etc. unders are 25 hours.

* though nowhere near the 50% gap that it went on to become.
