Tributes have been paid to rugby league player Logan Holgate, who has died aged 18.
Holgate played for Salford Under-18s and was even selected for the England Community Lions U19s last year.
The Rugby Football League (RFL) announced on Wednesday that the teen, who had been at Hensingham alongside his role in Salford's development set-up, had died suddenly.
"Logan played for our U18s pathway alongside @hensingham_arl and was set to move up to the reserve team this season.
"Our thoughts are with his family and friends at such a sad time."
Holgate, a scrum-half, helped England win the European Championship in Italy last year and was tipped to be a star of the future.

Lisa Marie Presley, singer and the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, has died at the age of 54, after suddenly being hospitalised on Thursday.
Her 77-year-old mother confirmed Presley’s death later on Thursday night.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley said in a statement. “She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers.
At this time there will be no further comment.”
