I personally dont think everything counts as such. People just mimic others a lot and the hyper active movement is to attract&keep the attention of the viewer. It is some dumb psychology stuff. Does not nescesesarily mean there is something being conveyed other than 'Please look at me at all times.' and a lot of people rewarding such behavior with the help of the ewpoop algorithm.
