What makes the UK one of the most censored countries in the world, is the Office of Communications (Ofcom) that protects the UK population from "harmful content"...
Even your favourite British alternative / conspiracy site lets Ofcom dictate what they can or cannot say.

If Ofcom decides that a media platform had "violated the Code", it can impose fines or order the outlet to publish a correction.

You may have heard of the proposed UK online safety bill that is really about expanding Ofcom's censorship abilities even further.
Even without passing that controversial bill, Ofcom is already the watchdog over BBC broadcasts, postal services, competition in telecom, and the radio spectrum used by smart keys and doorbells.

While Elon's Twitter now supposedly allows conspiracy theories "misinformation" on the COVID plandemic and mRNA vaccines, Lunaticoutpost completely prohibits this.

After being accused of Holocaust denying and anti-Semitism (with the alien reptilians supposedly a codeword for Jews), David Icke won't be allowed to give a speech in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, home of corruption and censorship (even worse than the UK?).

What a surprise (or not?), Femke Halsema who was selected by King Willem-Alexander as Mayor of my home town of Amsterdam, is also a WEF member.
Halsema of course ordered the cops to beat up peaceful lockdown protesters, and more recently was involved in banning controversial lizard conspiracy theorist David Icke from all Schengen countries for 2 years because he wanted to speak at a "peace" protest.

This shouldn't surprise anybody really, while Icke could have hired a decent lawyer, he hired Jeroen Pols, who is best known as the right-hand man of Willem Engel, the most "famous" Dutch anti-lockdown activist.

So Pols and Icke started with a bull$hit. frivolous "summary procedure" (kort geding) that will probably be dismissed on technicalities without looking at the arguments, because Icke has no "immediate urgency", or that the case is "too complex".

There are however "normal" ways to speed up a procedure in administrative law. I doubt whether Pols (and Icke) will use this, as I don't believe that they want to speed up anything with their main interest to create as much publicity as possible:
1) Demand that the case will be handled with speed because of "immediate urgency";
2) Demand that the first step in the procedure (bezwaar) will be skipped to go directly to the court.

Unlike the previous cases with Engel, Jeroen Pols has a reasonable chance to win here. I guess that he will also follow the "normal" administrative law procedure (besides the frivolous summary procedure), but I haven't heard anything about this yet.

The court will rule on 19 December in the current "summary procedure"

Are you getting confused that stories actually continue and that some people actually post information that explains what's going on? Do you rather numb your brain with stoopid videos and the TV?

Isn't it relevant to quote earlier posts, when there is new information on basically the same story?

One of the main goals of the alternative media (really the media in general) is to push media hysterias to cover-up the (real) scandals.
The result is that the stories with the same "news value" (keywords) continue to be pushed into the spotlight. If you were paying attention you would now this of course...
