UK tourbus - anyone interested?

Post by chief »

Who would be interested in hopping on a tourbus that goes around England, Wales and Scotland, specifically for meeting up with Crowhouse fans & followers in different parts of the UK? There's a lot of us but we're all in different areas so it's hard forming any kind of network, maybe a tourbus might help people meet up and get to know each other, could arrange some kind of onboard entertainment, or some kind of simple activity like bushcraft or preparedness courses in each location, we might have experts among us in each location who can teach us something fun or interesting. Covid passport not required! Let me know if you're interested, i'm thinking spring or summer 2022

Oh man, what a fantastic idea!! If I were still (or return to) the UK I would definitely be interested in something like that.

Sounds amazing but I’m hearing of a global lockdown of the unvaccinated. I guess police check points are going to be on the roads soon. If they aren’t tho - sounds amazing

We'll stop touring if & when that happens in the UK, and if the lockdowns are regional we'll just avoid the locked regions. But until things get that difficult, it's important to build our networks of contacts isn't it.

like ghandi said when asked for his opinion about western civilisation, great idea, somebody should try it.
to my paranoid mind it sounds like a good idea like all the Malaysian inventors of the new chip getting on board all at once MH370, or all those Polish Military Brass on the same plane. a putting all your crowhouse eggs in the one wicker basket (would you like fries with that, Sir Lancelot) . I'd be dropping pro nazi leaflets out the windows like Savitri Devi did in her Pilgrimage to Germany in the 50's, which could spoil the party.

Would visit it if it came to my area, but, having pets and vegetables, wouldn't be able to travel to other areas
