Someone in the comments mentioned it depicts MK Ultra.

I think the video is about Monarch Mind Control. Look it up. The video depicts perfect, emotionless people who are androids as we learn by looking at the little girl's back (the panel on her back). The man in the tank top lying down doesn't look like the other men; he's scrawny and not very polished. He leans up to look at the other people at pool and his face is in disbelief or in awe at how emotionless everyone is despite it being a beautiful day at the pool. The lovers aren't smiling, the kids aren't giggling even though they are playing. The monarch butterfly flies over him (almost as to reprogram him) and he kills it. I think this represents him breaking this Monarch Mind Control/MK Ultra programing. Once he kills the butterfly he has a flashback at how life use to be. Riding a train, the wind blowing in a field and other memories during the flashback. The little girl poisons the man because his mind is too strong and he can't be controlled anymore because he figured out the scheme. That is what the video means... in my opinion and no I'm not a conspiracy theorist. There's proof of these human mind control experiments that were declassified many years ago in the US and in Germany.
