In an organisation that has 1000's of staff, many in similar positions to the above, it doesn't surprise me that there's a relatively small number of Jews in the organisation.

You are distorting the truth. Those positions are senior positions. Jews represent 0.5% of the population in the UK. They are vastly
over represented in senior position within the BBC. I would say the same if Muslims were over represented in a similar same way

What I'm trying to understand here is what are we to deduce from the fact that so many Jews are in these positions. IOW, where do you see the next stepping stone that we can land on to go forwards with our understanding of things?

Anyway thanks for your comment and I will compose a reply later as to why I don't like a small minority of people holding so much power, wealth and influence. I would say the same if a minority of for example Muslims or transgenders or homosexuals or Buddists or feminists or Satanists etc disproportionately were prominent in the media as well as major Corporations, big pharma, banking and most spheres of power.

There could be a policy of positive discrimination, which involves an appointments board making sure there's a fair cross section of society are recruited so that the organisation reflects the same make-up of groups in society. The draw back with this policy is that it may not recruit people based on who has the best qualifications and talent, and then you end up with an organisation that becomes a parody of itself. A bit like a committee set up to design a horse, but ending up with a camel!

Are you thinking along the lines of positive discrimination? It would be a kind of political solution, but not the best solution, which would be to employ people with the best talents, qualifications and abilities, regardless of their religion, their sexual orientation, the colour of their skin, the type of clothing they wear, or the colour of their hair or eyes. All that should be irrelevant to who gets the most responsible jobs.

The type of institution or organisation that has power and responsibility in society, should have the most talented people in positions of power, otherwise, to use a metaphor, instead of designing a horse, it will end up with a camel! The institution that interferes and doesn't select the best talent is actually interfering in the great rhythms of evolution and the stream of time. Such an institution collectively becomes an "arrogant intellect, which cuts everything to pieces with learned and detailed explanations in order to sew it together again in a different way. Earthly powers of judgment, especially moral judgments, create forces of disturbance in the higher worlds":

Oh, I think I've seen that video, and I agree, it's clear evidence that that the MSM are all reading from the same script, but I don't think it's a Jewish script because not all Jews are that gullible. He's not my cup of tea at all. The title of his video, "The Jewish Parasites Who Are Stealing American Homes", and his angry style of delivery makes it sounds like he dislikes all Jews. I prefer someone more like James Delingpole, for example. He doesn't like the Jews and Zionism who are in power, either, but anyone can quickly tell by his style of delivery that he doesn't dislike all Jews, and as a result, he doesn't give the Zionists the gift of them being able to label him as being an anti-Semite, so James will always be able to reach out to a wider audience and get more people thinking about what's really going on.
