Some revealing angles of their strategies (as of 2021) facts:
The four policy recommendations are:
1. Transparent and Empathetic Engagement with Conspiracists
2. Correcting Conspiracy-Related False News
3. Engagement with Moderate Members of Conspiracy Groups
4. Addressing of Fears and Existential Threats
"It will make things difficult, if it becomes known among the peoples of the Weave that they have among them a new ally who happens to be immune to our particular kind of gentle persuasion."
It is in here. I noticed some parallel things posted that are off. At least so it seems. The worst is when people find out that their own may one day turn on them and join the other side, maybe for money, security or what have you. Not that this will happen a lot, but it is better to know it can before you are shocked and dismayed by such a thing. I have certainly had the eyes on me. But this started before I even got here.
In nature, the predator will not attack the prey when the prey is watching it directly and they are in their herd. As much as I would say shut off your media and get outside, They need to be watched and accounted for, where they are going, if it is true that they act as predator on people as prey. Which plenty are doing,so I think that is covered. Now it is a matter of people making or trying to make some 'business' out of alternative media which is almost like somehow supporting this broken structure.

If the fuckers are selling tshirts and mugs then you know already that their whole shtick is in harvesting attention. So like 90% of all bitchuters and "banned" (fake banned where they self censor to stay on OMG YOUTUBE!) truthers.
"It will make things difficult, if it becomes known among the peoples of the Weave that they have among them a new ally who happens to be immune to our particular kind of gentle persuasion."
Not all who sell merchandise are harvesting attention. Self-sponsored operations can be expensive and selling basic merch like t-shirts, mugs, and hard copies of their own work provides a good supplementary income. When the majority of peoples content is created and distributed for free, than how are they suppose to make money to keep doing it? There's really only a few ways if one wants to remain completely independent and that is merchandising, subscriptions and donations. People don't like paying for subscriptions and are stingy with donations. Some are more creative like Mark Passio with his Arch Drive offer. That is technically a donation but in return for a service. I don't see anything wrong with it, especially with independent operations free of the constraints of sponsorship and advertising.
Secondly, relating to the OP and the matter of infiltration. I don't claim to know how intelligence agencies work, though I know nothing is off-limits for them. When I was younger I knew a couple, one was military and served in the Persian Gulf and Operation DS, and the other was CIA, though I have no idea in what capacity. I only found out she was CIA a few years after we lost touch. I guess since I was a child at the time they felt they could speak more freely to me than with other adults, not that I paid much attention to what they said. All I know is that they were friends of my parents, lived a few miles down the road and I would do chores for them and we would go to dinner on occasion. Sometimes I would stay with them when my parents went out of town.
Anyhow, I think it's important to step back and look at the term 'infiltration' more loosely and from a military intelligence perspective. To initiate an infiltration operation is a reactionary tactic, meaning you're already behind and playing catch up. It's not preemptive and you do not have the initiative.
Intelligence agencies have no friends, only temporary allies, 'assets', and those whom they've blackmailed. They're completely self-organizing and sustained organizations and societies. Once they get so big they break away from their hosts and eventually devour them, usually through a coup. This is basically what the 'deep state' is, a government of governments. Many Intelligence agencies today are structured on the ancient order of the Hashashin, which is what the Knights Templar adopted. They added tons bureaucracy (and banking) to make it seem more legitimate to the public instead of what it actually is, a military autocracy.
Coming to my point and to the present. As stated, infiltration is reactionary. Since it's all about control and omnipotence for these people, that's not a good place to start. Assuming they are aware of all the individuals and groups within the United States who they deem subversive, then the next step would be prioritizing by perceived threat level and infiltrating them in that order, with the ultimate goal of penetrating them all. A good career advancing move for any field agent!
Simultaneously, these intelligence agencies would want to halt the creation of any new groups that are outside of their control. They would do this by creating them themselves and I think these operations are highly advanced and well underway. We've seen the results of some of these operations like Jonestown. We've also seen these operations go wrong (or right depending on perspective) such as Waco and Ruby Ridge, where the agencies decide to murder everyone and burn it all down to hide the governments involvement.
I've spent many years thinking about how to solve or at least mitigate the problem of infiltration. There are only several ways to avoid it. Keep your group small and on an invite only basis. Everyone knows each other and is friends. Even with this method, keep things on a need-to-know basis and learn to keep your mouth shut. Ego is NOT allowed, as these people feel that secrets empower and make them feel special and then feel the need to spout off important information in exchange for popularity points with those not in the organization, like talking about off-grid unofficial buildings. I have first hand experience dealing with that one. Most of what I have planned will not take effect until after particular events take place in the world, as people aren't willing to organize right now. It's so much easier to sit on ones ass and live a pointless life. Most of those idiots think organizing is arming up, mobilizing and declaring war on someone. They don't want to learn or care that organizing consists of becoming less dependent on society and especially money, and becoming more resilient to the events which are going to take place. A good way to spot an infiltrator, saboteur, or usurper is because they will always push for more extreme and illegal activities or they act way too much as a 'yes' man, basically a sycophant.
Kind of jumped all over the place with that and am going to stop it here because I could go on and on. :p
I'll leave you with this little clip which hopefully stirs the mind. I don't really care for GoT, but it has it's moments.

If they are making it their primary means of sustaining themselves, then maybe I have room to concur. But if a person is just trying to get their voice out there, it really costs peanuts to procure one's own space. And most of these "truthtubers" are just throwing their videos up on some gratis platform. It's not like they're paying for the bandwidth. I'm not going to give any shekels to a guy who posts to YT (and probably also gets ad revenue money from that, even) who goes on to bemoan how "expensive" it is and begs for e-shekels.
part 2
The linked article was mostly pertaining to the form of infiltration that glowies can enjoy doing from the comfort of an office. But it is interesting to hear your experiences with people in the flesh. You have actually dealt with those who try to accelerate IRL? Like pushing for violence? It can be ascertained that they're not just a hotblooded personality archetype who got a bit carried away?
"It will make things difficult, if it becomes known among the peoples of the Weave that they have among them a new ally who happens to be immune to our particular kind of gentle persuasion."
We are still in the design of the old business. Very few are ever able to start anew, it takes strength and many other attributes which most people are not equipped with, so they follow suit. It is much easier to "come in" when more people start doing it that way. It is a bit natural. Now alternative media and selling stuff is a safe place and a mainstay .
Your key words are; "more creative"
Spy parties or whatever have different methods depending on the situation, as far as I know. They don't care so much about a group like this unless there is an influential and promising leader, so the target will be the leader and the only way to get to that leader is.... usually through others, etc. Confusion is king here, so what will confuse you will work best for them. Also, once you are on the list, you are on the list.
Although some parallels are naturally occurring, almost like manifesting a 'hater'. This is why it is important not to give them power they don't really have, if you know what they have. If they do everything to you in your mind, then things will come your way but not like they are doing it. They only really go after the bright stars. The ones that can make a difference or are making a difference or have intelligence. They try to get intelligent people to work for them.
The rest of the stuff happening to regular people are experiments or torture. Tech experiments. Frequency experiments. Social experiments. Etc. Some have gone after women strictly for sexual manipulation in these ways. Very terrible.
