Hey guys,

Happy New Year to you all and hope the shit going on is not grinding you down too much. My attempt to connect with those in the Inner West area was not very successful so I am trying again but widening the area to anyone in the Sydney area. I am willing to travel to meet up with like-minded souls who are wanting to connect, perhaps form a tribe, or just to bounce ideas around or let off some steam with others who understand.

If anyone is interested feel free to reach out. If you have an existing group and have room for one more conscious being then that would be cool too.

I'm going to be moving out of Sydney soon, so looking for people that want to escape the big cities and might have a few ideas on the better places. Hopefully somewhere they haven't earmarked for floods or bushfires...there must be a small corner of this "Big Country"...he said hopefully.
I had checked this forum before, but it seems like there still is no meet up groups.
There might be so few of us, relatively speaking, that it's going to be hard trying to get anything more than a handful of people together.

Hi A_Q, there was not much interest in my area. If anyone is still interested then feel free to PM and I will see if the interest is there about organising a meet-up. Once again, I am in the Leichhardt area so anyone around the Inner West or Sydney CBD would be local, but I am not too fussed myself on areas as I am willing to travel to meet like-minds.

It was great to catch up with BigDharma yesterday and meet a like-minded soul and get the chance to talk in person with someone else that really understands the issues facing us all. I came away feeling a sense of relief that others are indeed out there, and local. We might have a third person joining us for the next get together which will be great. If anyone else would like to join us, then feel free to PM me or BigDharma and we can give you the details.

For those (like myself) who were starting to lose heart that this Location Connection works, take heart that yes, it requires patience and a few knock-backs, but like-minded people are indeed out there.
