SOOOO, i think me being awaken now is cause i been lazy teethbrusher, lesser amount of the fluoride in my body.

I need to get me some type of water filter system, cheapest might be simple coffee maker, just dont apply the coffee if you dont like coffee.
Just filter the water atleast one time, the extra shiet should stay in the paper when water drops clean into the canister beneath.


Best container would be glass jar, what is easy to get nowdays, if you gonna purify you bigger amount of water.

Oh yea, i been trying to find good moment to test out coconut oil as toothpaste, i can barely afford my bills and rent atm, cant afford to buy extra stuff.

Should i buy actual coconut instead or the oil ?

Any of you having tinnitus or similar ringin in your head ?

Mine started like a year before covid happen, doc says i have a hole in my eardrum, but we know they are liars and do anything for money.
Said it can be patched up, but it would lower my hearing with that ear like 1/3 propably, so i am still avoiding that fix, cause med beds can repair it eventually.

If it goes nasty, then yeas, i might take the risk with doctors, just avoid swimming&diving and air travel now cause those can be pretty bad with this issue.

But i do think it is my third eye waking up and our senses have been boosted by the Matrix, we are still sensitive about it.

My overall health is actualy going better, loosing weight with minor diet chances, i aint gona do those power walks or gyms cause i just dont like that stuff.
What i can do is progress my eating habbits. Little hard to focus on this matter cause the world gone mad around you, in normal world i might have been little better with this.
