Out of the fire and into the frying pan. It was bad before the Nordstream pipeline sabotage done by America (fuck yeah!).
I’ve heard that energy is over 1000% increase from a year ago and governments have set up snitch hotlines for people setting their thermostats too high.
I hope these are isolated areas and not representatives of the entire country, so I’d like to hear it straight from the horses mouth. What say you Europeans?

Re: Friends in Europe, energy crisis
Well...
My detail knowledge in this chaos is limited due to: 1. Not watching nor reading the ‘news’. Just getting glimpses from the radio now and then to have an idea of what’s going on.
2. Mostly minding my own and keeping to myself...preparing for...whatever.
What I know is, there are differences in how much the energy cost has gone up depending on location. But all in all we’re in for a rough ride. Those in already poor/difficult situations will be struck the hardest...unless on welfare. (Swe) They’ll get their bills paid by those that work... and working will be worth less and more people will need welfare. Looks like a total collapse of the system is rushing closer for each day... while the majority of ppl are clueless.
Interesting times...

What was the saying, something about “if we can’t put a meter on it, then we won’t sell it.” I believe it was George Westinghouse, contemporary of Nicola Tesla.
