The first kiss of love

Kundry:

"Was it my kiss that thus revealed the world to you?
The full embrace of my love then would raise you to godhead."

Symbols
Robo wrote: Thu May 25, 2023 11:50 am There is a Princess of our world, and she should have led us to a beautiful reality, but this is what the evil magician of our world has done to her:

Alan Watts:
The principal disadvantage of symbols is that we confuse them with reality, just as we confuse money with actual wealth, and our names about ourselves — our ideas of ourselves, our images of ourselves — with ourselves."
Symbols shouldn't be confused with reality and taken literally. They are not the be all and end all because they contain a deeper truth and reality that reveals our true selves.

The "Princess of our world" is not to be taken literally. She's a personification of wisdom. There's a body of wisdom that governs and protects the unfolding of human life in creation.

The rulers of our world have taken that body of wisdom and turned it completely on its head, which has led to the pyramid power structure being the only accepted reality of governance. It's led to the creation of the matrix and our prison planet.

The rulers of our world have hidden Wisdom away, and prostituted her out, in the shadows, for power, wealth and sensual gratification. If they can totally conceal and control her, then the whole world becomes theirs to do with whatever they like with, and that's what's happening to our world today. The rulers of our world have made wisdom cheap and worthless in the eyes of the masses, and greed and the love of money has sprung up everywhere. This is the foundation of their New World Order.

The only way to banish this witchcraft is to learn Wisdom, and make it a living reality. That's what genuine myths and folk tales are for. They're not stories to be taken as literal entertainment. They contain symbols that should be cracked open, analysed and understood, so that a greater reality can be discovered within... a reality that can emerge to reflect our true collective nature.

The illuminati, in recent times, have also taken Wisdom in their arms.

But where is Wisdom to be seen in the world? Where is She?

Is the ethereal bandage that was placed over our eyes, dropping away?

Is it now possible to begin to see?

This isn't the end, its just part of the process.

Central to Richard Wagner's Sacred Festival Consecration Play, is a prophecy. The king of the Grail, Amfortas, receives a holy dream-vision. The prophecy is given in brightly shining words:
"Durch Mitleid wissend, der reine Tor; harre sein', den ich erkor."

(By compassion made wise, the pure fool; wait for him, whom I appoint)
Abd-ru-shin (1875-1941), a German Christian mystic, wrote a lot about the Holy Grail and Parsifal. Following is an excerpt from a chapter he wrote in the 1930's. The text is a translation from German into English...

I don't agree with all of Abd-ru-shin's beliefs, especially his claim to be the Messiah, but the following could still be a possibility, but who really knows?

Abd-ru-shin got into trouble with the National Socialist German Workers' Party, in 1936, on the grounds of illegal foreign exchange from Germany to Austria, but months later, he was declared innocent and released. In 1938, Abd-ru-shin was arrested again after Austria came under German occupation. He died while in Gestapo custody.
Wikipedia

Joyful activity in the elements heralded the earthly birth. Angels lovingly accompanied Him [Parsifal] down to this earth. Primordial Beings formed a solid rampart around Him and around His earthly childhood. His earthly youth was allowed to be bright and sunny. In the evenings He saw the Comet, radiant above Him, like a greeting from God the Father; He regarded it as nothing unusual, as one of the other stars, until the bandage which He had to wear during His bitter training on earth was put before His eyes.

Then life around Him seemed strange; only a great unquenchable longing filled His soul, increasing to a restlessness, to a continual nervous seeking. Nothing the earth offered could satisfy it.

With the ethereal bandage over His eyes, He now stood on hostile ground facing the Darkness, on a battlefield where everything dark could have a firmer foothold than He Himself. Therefore it was only natural that wherever He sought to undertake something He could find no response and no success, but only the Darkness hissed up in enmity every time.

As long as the time of fulfilment for Him had not arrived, the Darkness could always remain stronger, and could inflict material damage upon Him wherever He engaged in some earthly affairs; for everything earthly quite naturally had to oppose the Envoy of God with nothing but hostility, because all human volition today is directed against the true Will of God in spite of the alleged search for Truth, behind which there always lurks only self-conceit in various forms. The Darkness easily found willing creatures everywhere to hinder the Envoy from the Light, and to injure Him grievously and painfully. Thus His time of learning on earth became the path of suffering.

[...]

"Wise" men, however, proclaimed the time of the coming of a strong helper out of the distress. But most of them wanted to see this helper in themselves or, if they were modest, at least to find him within their circle.

[...]

And so they intensified the path of suffering of the Envoy from the Light until it [the world] became a Golgotha, and the majority of mankind only too gladly joined in making it more difficult; especially those who imagined that they already knew and were following the path of the Light themselves, as once the Pharisees and Scribes did.

All this created a situation in which mankind could prove once more that they would again behave in exactly the same way today as long ago they acted against the Son of God. Only this time in a more modern form, a symbolic crucifixion through an attempt at moral murder, which according to the Laws of God is no less punishable than physical murder.

[...]

Traitors, false witnesses and slanderers came from the ranks of those who had been called. Base minions of the Darkness ventured to approach in ever increasing numbers, since they felt themselves secure, because in fulfilment the Stranger [Parsifal] on earth kept silent when confronted with this filth, as He had been commanded to do, and as once the Son of God also was silent before the howling mob that wanted to have Him nailed to the cross as a criminal.

But when the faithless deserters in their blind hate already thought themselves close to victory, and the Darkness once more assumed that the Work of the Light had been destroyed, because it hoped that the Bearer of this Work had been rendered quite impotent on earth, then this time God revealed His Will with Omnipotence! And then... even the mockers sank trembling to their knees, but... for them it was too late!

To Babylon you must go and there you will be rescued

Post by Robo »

To Babylon you must go and there you will be rescued (the prophet Micah)

There are a number of fascinating passages in the OT, one of which appears in the book of Micah:
"To Babylon you must go and there you will be rescued; there God will ransom you out of the power of your enemies." (Micah 4:10)
This a prophecy recorded a full century, and more, before Israel was taken into captivity in Babylon. When Micah uttered the prophecy, Babylon didn't even exist as a major power. It was Assyria that was the super-power when Micah made the prophecy.

Israel was punished because the people of Israel rejected God's guidance and opted to follow Pagan customs, so their enslavement by the Babylonians was primarily a spiritual condition.

In rejecting God, the people of Israel had to go to Babylon to be saved. They had no option. When Lucifer fell and dragged down a third of the rebelling angels with him, he brought down with him knowledge of the Divine. Lucifer and his followers have perversely used this piece of heaven to create a false reality paradigm (a matrix/simulation). They've used it to create nations states, and to deceive and mislead humanity. For their own survival, they’ve also had to hide that piece of heaven, and the knowledge it contains, from humanity, lest humanity discover that knowledge, and in so doing undermine their carefully crafted false reality paradigm.

This why I believe Micah prophesied that, in order to be saved, it's necessary to go to Babylon. Whilst he prophesied a literal event, the taking into captivity of Israel, he also portrayed “Babylon” as being symbolic of the false reality paradigm that we’re all forced to live under, even in modern times. “Babylon” is also the place where Lucifer has hidden his spiritual treasure.

Anyone who comes to earth must retrieve part of that spiritual treasure before they can return to the heavenly realms from whence they came, even Jesus Christ. After his crucifixion, Jesus Christ, in the harrowing of hell, had to descend into the depths of hell before he could ascend back to his Farther in heaven.

Parsifal also had to retrieve a spiritual treasure from “Babylon”. He had to retrieve the Holy Spear from the evil magician, Klingsor, in order to restore it back to the Holy Grail. With the restoration of the Spear to the Grail, the wasteland that the king’s kingdom had become, was rejuvenated.

In the Middle Eastern folk tale, “One Thousand and One Nights”, Aladdin had to enter into the “Cave of Wonders” to retrieve the Genie’s magic lamp. The cave can only be entered by someone whose "worth lies far within” – the “diamond in the rough”. Those who are not worthy are killed almost instantly if they don’t heed the warning they’re given upon their attempt to enter.

Retrieving the Divine knowledge that was lost is obviously a dangerous task as the realm, where it's located, is full of temptations and deceptions. If a person is unworthy, they run the risk of becoming corrupted and lost, or even killed, if they enter too deeply.

But Micah’s prophecy is in two parts. The first part states:

“To Babylon you must go and there you will be rescued.”

The second part states:

“There God will ransom you out of the power of your enemies."

So, although God’s people have to enter “Babylon” (the false reality paradigm that’s global in extent, aka the matrix), there is still the comfort that Jesus Christ has paid the ransom for redemption. It’s therefore unnecessary to go looking for Lucifer’s spiritual treasure in order to be saved. All that’s required is having faith in Jesus Christ.

However, for the false reality paradigm to be totally dissolved, the treasure has to be completely retrieved, so it can be restored back to heaven. This has not yet occurred because obviously we are all still living in the “Babylon” system, no matter where we are living in the world, but there is a prophecy that, in the future, an Advocate will to fulfil this task.

The night before the crucifixion, Jesus Christ gave a Farewell Discourse to eleven of his disciples immediately after the conclusion of the Last Supper in Jerusalem. He told them that if he did not go away, then the Advocate would not come, but if he did go away, then he would send him, and when he does come, he would declare that the ruler of this world has been judged, and that he would lead them into the truth. Jesus Christ then gave a Farewell Prayer, and it was shortly after this that he was crucified.
In the fullness of years, a liberator shall come upon you... and this shall be the sign of him: he shall be the lowest of the low... and you shall look for him in the clouds." (The Thief of Bagdad, 1940)
In order to dissolve the false reality paradigm that envelopes the world, the Advocate will also have to retrieve the spiritual treasure that Lucifer brought to earth. When Jesus Christ delivered his Final Discourse, he said that he had many things yet to say, but they would not be able to bear it, but when the Advocate does arrive, he would reveal what is yet to come.

This is something that mainstream Christianity has failed to bring to light because it raises too many difficult questions for religions that depend on the Babylon system for their survival.

Re: Richard Wagner

Excerpts from an essay by Dieter Borchmeyer, a German literary critic that expand on the contents of the previous post...

Borchmeyer is Professor Emeritus of Modern German Literature (Neuere Deutsche Literatur) and Dramatic Theory (Theaterwissenschaft) at the University of Heidelberg, where he is currently Seniorprofessor. Borchmeyer is president of the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts. His principal fields are German literature from the 18th to the 20th century and music theatre. He has published on Goethe, Schiller, Mozart and Richard Wagner.
In a letter to Ludwig II of September 7, 1865 (the year of the first prose draft), Wagner himself emphasised the connection between Parsifal and the Christian myth of the Fall as described in the Bible.

[...]

In Kundry’s kiss — that ‘archetypal miss’ as Wagner once described her to Cosima — we find a re-enactment of Eve’s seduction of Adam, and in Amfortas’s fall from grace Adam’s original sin.

[...]

Kundry is, as it were, the serpent of paradise. Just as Eve is promised that ‘Ye shall be as gods’, so, in the prose draft of 1865, we find Kundry inviting Parsifal to ‘Enfold me now in love, and you will be God Himself this very day!’

Original sin is therefore of an erotic sexual nature. Christ’s act of redemption, in the context of Amfortas and Kundry, corresponds to Parsifal’s act of salvation. Wagner’s formula in his letter to the king reads: ‘Adam — Eve: Christ. |...] Amfortas — Kundry: Parzival’

[...]

He who has not yet eaten of the fruit of the tree of knowledge knows nothing of good and evil until kissed by Kundry.

The analogy between Christ and Parsifal should be drawn only ‘with a good deal of caution’, Wagner stressed. He later opposed Hans von Wolzogen’s view that Parsifal was a reflection of the Saviour: ‘I didn’t give the Redeemer a thought when I wrote it’, he is said to have told Cosima on October 20, 1878. Wagner himself, then, clearly stated that he had never for a moment thought of regarding Parsifal as God or of making him a figure of redemption. There is not a single passage where a reference to the ‘Redeemer’ could mean anyone other than Christ. Parsifal is plainly conscious of the distance that separates him, as a sinner, from his Saviour: ‘Redeemer! Saviour! Lord of Grace! Can I my sinful crime efface?’ The closing formula, ‘Redeemed the Redeemer’, can in no sense be interpreted to mean that the new redeemer Parsifal has superseded the old one, in the way that each new Grail king replaces the previous one.

If Parsifal participates in the redemptive acts of God, it is in the manner of a Christian saint, rescuing the Saviour, who is immanent within the Grail, from the guilt-tainted hands of Amfortas. This closing formula, which is in no sense enigmatic, in spite of speculative attempts to inflate its meaning, can be easily interpreted on the basis of the text itself, and specifically of the so- called ‘Saviour’s lament’ in the second act: ‘Redeem me, rescue me from hands defiled and guilty!’

Having placed himself in mortal hands in the shape of the Grail and having assumed material form as a sacred object, which itself now stands apart from all action, Jesus needs a pure individual to redeem Him.

This act of redemption is a restitutio in integrum which finds visual expression in the reunification of two objects that had become separated, namely the Spear and the Grail — the weapon which had wounded Jesus in the side and the vessel into which His blood had flowed. The ending marks the return to a beginning whose intensified recurrence is the restoration of a perfect primordial state. The blood that now flows from the Spear is no longer that of a sinner but of the Redeemer; Spear and Grail become a single entity in this sacred blood, and Amfortas’s wound is healed when touched by the same Spear that had earlier caused it; the Grail fellowship is restored; Klingsor’s alternative world is exorcised, and Nature returns to her paradisal innocence (Good Friday magic).

It is a Christian Utopia which goes back to the late classical idea whereby all things are restored at the end of time.

Although the literary motifs and configurations of Parsifal bear a Christian stamp, there are of course other motivic groupings in which Hellenic myth repeatedly shines through. Parsifal, who heals Amfortas with the same Spear as had dealt the wound, relates back to Achilles, who healed Telephos in the same way, in accordance with the oracular pronouncement that ‘He who dealt the wound shall heal it’. But Parsifal also resembles Heracles and his freeing of Prometheus, who similarly suffered a wound in his side that kept on tearing open.

In the Christian tradition Prometheus has repeatedly been interpreted as a Christ-figure. Gerhart Hauptmann, for example, observed that ‘the crucified Christ, with the open wound in his breast, looks very much like Prometheus bound to his rock’. Because Jesus’s wound was dealt Him by Longinus’s spear, the very weapon with which Klingsor wounded Amfortas, the latter’s wound becomes an imitatio perversa of the Saviour’s wound. Greek myth and Christian legend are interlinked here in an intimate typological nexus.

[...]

In the face of the fossilisation and denominational disputes of contemporary Christianity, he believed that art might rescue ‘true religion’, a point which he advances programmatically in his 1880 essay Religion and Art. It is reserved to art, we read here, ‘to salvage the kernel of religion, inasmuch as the mythical images which religion would wish to be believed as true are apprehended in art for their symbolic value, and through ideal representation of those symbols art reveals the concealed deep truth within them.’

The transcendental object at the end of time

Post by Robo »

It’s been claimed, rightly or wrongly, Terrence McKenna was a CIA plant giving out misleading or false information, and that he was an intelligence asset. He certainly wasn't correct regarding 2012 and the eschaton. He spoke about the Quickening and the transcendental object at the end of time (TOatEoT), which could be a reference to the Grail. Throwing away all of McKenna's ideas, might be throwing the proverbial baby out with the bathwater. Perhaps he was right about the eschaton, but got the 2012 date wrong?

Terrence McKenna also wrote:

“History is ending; I mean we are to be the generation that witnesses the Revelation of the purpose of the Cosmos... History is the shock wave of the Eschaton... The twentieth Century is the shudder that announces the approaching Cataracts of Time over which our Species and the destiny of this Planet is about to be swept." (Terrence McKenna)

Long before McKenna, Richard Wagner spent much of his life exploring similar ideas. For example, the Holy Grail, which features in his last music drama, Parsifal, is about the end of an epoch and refers to Jesus Christ being immanent in the Grail. Wagner did not portray the Grail as a material object, but rather as a gateway to another dimension. It is, in effect, a transcendental object at the end of time. It’s a portrayal that doesn’t appear to be contradicted by anything Jesus Christ said in the New Testament. The book of Revelation, for example, presents a history of the world leading to a gateway at the end of time, in the form of New Jerusalem, which becomes visible from Earth. Wagner wrote:

“Art saves the spirit of religion by recognizing the figurative value of the mythic symbols, which the former would have us believe in their literal sense."
